Has anyone else noticed the increase in crazy weather recently? The Plains has had its worst flooding in decades. The Midwest had all of those tornadoes. California's dealing with wildfires again. And not to mention the earthquake in China and typhoon in Burma.
Even here in DC the weather's been nuts. Just last week we had a water main break that made thousands of people have to boil their water AND a huge storm (complete with 2 tornadoes) that knocked out power to tens of thousands...on the SAME DAY! I would've hated to be the person who didn't have any power AND couldn't drink their water either. Talk about a bad day...
But when it's not storming the weather here is amazing! The sun is almost always shining and it's nice and hot. If I didn't work during the day I'd be laying out at the pool reading every afternoon.
Oh, and a quick political note before I go: this is going to be a BAD year for Republicans.
