Have you ever been exchanging Facebook wall posts (or messages or whatever) with someone for a few weeks (after meeting them once in person, of course) - but then when you see them and try to talk with them in person again it's RIDICULOUSLY awkward?
Happened to me just the other day. It was hilarious.
Happens all the time to me. Some people are easier to talk to online than in person. You don't have to blog about our awkward moments though...haha kidding

I'm sure they didn't recognize you from your Facebook picture. It would help if your photos showed your face... rather than your hand. :)

Oh Josh...yes this happens...but usually it's like, we facebook messaged for awhile but never spoke in person...and then some time goes by...and then u see them in person and don't talk! But some vague sense of recognition...it's strange! Isnt' the point of facebook to enhance real life relationships?
